KALAGATLA KOTESWARA RAO The Court made the following ORDER: The respondent herein has filed S.R.O.P.No.19/2025 before the Court of the learned VII Additional District Judge, Gudur seeking a declaration as he being Pastor of Telugu Baptist Church, Bankisahebpet, Gudur and authorized to conduct the church activities and also for grant of permanent injunction restraining the respondents and their men from interfering with the activities of the petitioner as Pastor of Telugu Baptist Church, Bankisahebpet, Gudur. During pendency of the said O.P., the respondent herein filed I.A.No.236/2025 under Order XI Rules 14 and 21 CPC seeking to direct the respondent to produce certain documents mentioned in the said I.A. After hearing both sides, learned trial Judge, vide order dt. 21.11.2025, allowed the said I.A. directing the petitioner herein to produce the documents as sought for. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present Civil Revision Petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he is one of the Member of the Church and the Church is not made as a party. 3. As seen from the cause title, both the parties are individuals. Neither the Society nor the Church was made as a party to S.R.O.P.No.19/2025 or I.A.No.236/2025. As such, the learned trial Judge ought not to have entertained the S.R.O.P.No.19/2025 itself. Hence, the impugned order is not sustainable under law and is liable to be set aside. 4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed at the admission stage and the impugned order made in I.A.No.236/2025 in S.R.O.P.No.19/2025, dt. 21.11.2025 is hereby set aside. The respondent is given liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
