Memo of evidence submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioners seek parity with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court earlier. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the said fact. In view of the above, the petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Asim Biswas and Anan Kumar Saha shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and subject to further condition that they shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case once a week till
2 submission of charge sheet. They shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. Case diary be returned. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
