The petitioner through the medium of present petition has assailed order dated 05.04.2025 whereby interim maintenance of Rs. 3800/- has been granted to the respondent in an application preferred by her under Section 125 of Cr.PC. 2. The petitioner has assailed order primarily on the ground that the marriage between the parties stood dissolved mutually and the relationship of husband and wife between the parties has ceased to exist. 3. Whether the marriage between the parties has been dissolved or not is an issue to be determined during trial and the same cannot be considered while considering the application for grant of interim maintenance.
