The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bishnugarh PS Case No. 84/2022. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected thrice. It has been alleged that the petitioner had fired at the informant and the informant suffered firearm injuries on his left hand. Though it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has 31 criminal antecedents, to which, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in 10 cases he has already been acquitted but considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VIII, at Hazaribagh in connection with Bishnugarh PS Case No. 84/2022, corresponding to S.T. No.488/2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall physically present before the learned trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
