Ms. B Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits that the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 30/2015 has been interfered by a Division Bench in WA No. 384/2025 and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition. 2. However, Mr. JI Borbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the Hon’ble Apex Court assailing the judgment of the Division Bench passed in WA No. 384/2025. 3. Be that as it may, since the Davison Bench has interfered with the order dated 14.12.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 30/2015, the contempt petition stands closed. 4. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application to revive this contempt petition in the event the judgment of the Division Bench is reversed by the Hon’ble Apex Court.
