The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the Office Order dated 22.08.2025 (Annexure P- 3), whereby the services of the petitioner have been terminated on the allegation regarding his educational qualification of 8th class, despite rendering nearly 19 years of continuous and unblemished service, without issuance of any show cause notice, without holding any departmental enquiry and in violation of the principles of natural justice and Articels 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service, protection of seniority and all consequential service and monetary benefits. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars. 3.
