State has produced the case diary and the relevant materials. Primarily it reflects that, recovery of the weapons were from the rented accommodation of the present petitioner. The facts of the case do reveal a heinous offence and a murder having been committed in course of dacoity. Having considered the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail having taken into account the materials which are allegedly appearing against the present petitioner.
Accordingly, CRM (M) 2871 of 2025 is dismissed.
