For Petitioner : Mr.S.Krishnamoorthy For Respondents : Mr.C.Prabakaran Government Counsel O R D E R By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, particularly the third respondent, to release the outstanding sum of Rs.32,87,000/- to the petitioner for the completed works, namely, construction of OHT tanks at Ward No.15 (Pillukurichi Colony), Ward No.12 (Ponnagoundanur near PUE School), and Ward No.6 (near Veterinary Hospital) in Poolampatty Town Panchayat, Salem District, pursuant to the petitioner’s representation dated 10.11.2025. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 10.11.2025 to the respondents seeking to release the outstanding sum of Rs.32,87,000/- to the petitioner for the completed works, namely, construction of OHT 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.17740 of 2026 tanks at Ward No.15 (Pillukurichi Colony), Ward No.12 (Ponnagoundanur near PUE School), and Ward No.6 (near Veterinary Hospital) in Poolampatty Town Panchayat, Salem District, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may, without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
