Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Somya Rai, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for respondents / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “A) It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and pleased to quash the F.I.R which has been registered as crime no. 21/2025 at police station Sitapur, District- Sarguja for offence under section 420,467,468,471 of I.P.C. and all further proceedings of the learned trial court. (B) Any other relief/ order may also be granted that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case..” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that charge-sheet has already been filed and the same needs to be challenged. 4. Learned State counsel submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed on 07.03.2026 and the present petition has been filed on 06.07.2026. 5. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 3 6. Considering the fact that the charge-sheet had already been filed on 07.03.2026 and the present petition was instituted only on 06.07.2026, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner drafted the petition in haste. The petition is vague and sketchy, as it fails to challenge the charge-sheet, despite the same having been filed well before the institution of the present petition. 7. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.10,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, and the same shall be transmitted to the Government School for Visual and Hearing Impaired, Tifra, District - Bilaspur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 8. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
