Earlier also, there was no representation for the writ petitioner. 2. Sri G.Krishna Kireeti, learned counsel representing Sri A.Rajendra Babu, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, would submit that the writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 12.06.2018 in IA No.27 of 2016 in I.D.No.68 of 2010 of the Labour Court, Guntur. Subsequently, pending the writ petition, the Labour Court, Guntur, disposed of I.D.No. 68 of 2010 on 23.01.2020. 3. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous as the I.D itself was disposed of by the Labour Court, Guntur. 4. In view of the above circumstances, the petitioner failed to prosecute the writ petition, though the matter is posted under the caption for dismissal. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
