The petitioner is an accused in connection with Putki (Munidih O.P.) PS Case No. 82/2025. It has been alleged that one Uttam Kumar Sinha was apprehended by the police with a stolen motorcycle. He had disclosed that on the basis of forged documents, labourers are brought from Bangladesh and supplied to other States. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of Uttam Kumar Sinha, consequent to which the petitioner had also confessed. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Putki (Munidih O.P.)
