GP FOR REVENUE 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. 2. Sri P. Sravan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents especially, the 4th respondent is threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.26 cents in Sy.No.157/17 and Ac.0.22 cents in Sy.No.157/14 of Chennaiahgunta Village, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupati District. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the subject land was classified as patta land registered in the name of one P. Subbalakshmamma. It is further submits that the respondents never tried to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the subject land of the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents henceforth not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land without following the due process of law.
