Ct. No.4 D/L 05.03.2026 (Naba) 01 F.M.A. 869 of 2021 The Central Warehousing Corporation & Ors. Vs. Santosh Kumar Roy & Anr. Mr. Samrat Chowdhury, Ms. Paroma Sengupta ...for the Appellants (C.W.C.) Mr. Bikram Banerjee, Mr. Arka Nandi ...for the Respondents 1. The matter has been listed under the heading “TO BE MENTIONED” at the instance of the learned advocate for the respondents for correction of two inadvertent typographical mistakes having crept into the order dated 23.02.2026 in paragraph 2 and 6, while disposing of the present matter. 2. In the 2nd paragraph, it has wrongly been stated in the penultimate sentence regarding the period of probation being of “two years” instead of “one year”. 3. In paragraph 6, the order which has been wrongly set out/quoted is an order dated 12.03.2018 which has been extracted from the case of one Nirupama Saha which was listed along with the present matter and disposed of on the same date as the present appeal. 4. The two defects/mistakes pointed out in the order are obvious and not in dispute. 2 5. We, therefore, direct that in the penultimate sentence of paragraph 2, the period of probation be read as “one year” and the following order may be read as the order dated 12.03.2018 quoted in paragraph 6 of the order dated 23.02.2026 : “No.E-104/Rectt-WA-II/2014-15/8984 Date: 12.03.2018 ORDER Shri Santosh Kumar Roy, was appointed as WA-II, at Central Warehouse, Kharagpur vide appointment letter vide No.E-104/Rectt.-WA-II/2014/9625 dated 09.02.2015 and posted at CW, Kharagpur.
