CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN DATE : 5th January, 2026.
P C :
The present Writ Appeal has been preferred against an order dated 10.09.2025, passed in W.P.No.10660 of 2024, by virtue of which parties were
directed to maintain status-quo in respect of possession and construction over the subject property for a period of two weeks.
Since the order was only interim in character, and was to remain in force only for a period of two weeks, we feel that it will be appropriate for the appellant to work out his remedies before the learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of.
No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
