(ORAL) The present petition has been filed whereby the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.06.2026 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.2. 2 As per the case of the petitioner, on his complaint an inquiry was conducted. Sarpanch was found guilty of having misused the funds of Panchayat. He was ordered to be removed.
