This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of RUCHI YADAV Digitally signed by RUCHI YADAV 2 regular bail to the applicants, who were arrested in connection with Crime No. 24/2026 registered at Police Station Sankra, District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 34(1)(क)(च) and 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during the pendency of the present bail application, the trial has already concluded and the applicants have been acquitted by the learned trial Court. In view of the subsequent development, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application as the same have become infructuous. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the applicants have already been acquitted by the learned trial Court, nothing survives for consideration in the present bail application. 5.
