JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This matter is called twice i.e., in the morning session and also in the afternoon session. But there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. On perusal of the records, it disclose that there is a delay of 1398 days in filing the revision petition and the counsel for the petitioner is not appeared before the Court to convince this delay. The matter was earlier referred to the Mediation, but, the parties did not appear before the mediation also within the statutory period. When there is an inordinate delay of 1398 days delay in filing the petition and the counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently from 2023, the question of keeping the petition pending does not arise.
