Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that WPS No.4088/2023 was dismissed in compliance of the peremptory order dated 4.7.2023 as copy of the documents filed by the applicants/petitioners was not legible and typed copy of the same was not filed. She further submits that the applicants/petitioners want to contest the petition on merits, therefore, the present MCC may be allowed, in the interest of justice. 03. Learned State counsel raised objection to the above prayer of the applicants. 04. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, upon due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the MCC, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the MCC is allowed.
