Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that total recovery in the present case is of 33.380 kgs. of Ganja, although the recovery from the present petitioners is 6 kgs. of Ganja. It has been submitted that petitioners are in custody for more than 167 days and although charge-sheet has been submitted, but no further progress of the case is reflected. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the quantum of seizure in the instant case which attracts the rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. Petitioners would renew their prayer for bail after the evidence of the independent seizure list witnesses is over. 2 The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 941 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
