Complainant namely Ankit, got registered the FIR, which reads as under:- “As per the prosecution version, the present case was registered on the basis of the complaint of Ankit son of Jai Singh, resident of Kheriti District Rohtak alleging therein that agricultural land measuring about 19 acres in village Petwar had been taken on lease by his maternal uncle (Mama) Mohan. He along with his friends Ajay and Rajat was cultivating the same. On 15.04.2026, while they had gone to harvest wheat crop through a combine, certain persons arrived in a Scorpio vehicle, obstructed the harvesting, abused and threatened them, and forced them to leave. Later, during the night, when the complainant and his companions were present in the fields, 10-12 persons came in vehicles, chased them, apprehended them, and started assaulting them. The assailants also damaged their vehicle RASHMI 2026.07.08 19:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-36119-2026 and CRM-M-33883-2026 3 and snatched their mobile phones. The complainant further alleged that Bholu, Ankit, Anand and Bholu's younger brother forcibly him in their vehicle with an intention to kill him and took him (complainant) to a room, wrongfully confined him, subjected him to severe physical assault, and committed acts of sexual violence upon him, while also threatening to make his video viral if he told anyone about the incident. Thereafter, in the early hours of the morning, the complainant was thrown near the border of another village and left in an injured condition. On the basis of these allegations, the complainant sought legal action against the accused person. On the basis of statement FIR registered.” 3. As per the allegations, 19 acres of land had been taken on lease by the maternal uncle ( mama) namely Mohan, and same was being harvested by the complainant, along with his friends namely Ajay and Rajat. On 15.04.2026, accused namely Bholu, Ankit (petitioner in CRM- M-33883-2026), Anand (petitioner in CRM-M-36119-2026) and Bholu’s younger brother and total 10-12 persons came in separate vehicles, and forcibly picked the complainant with the intention to kill. After taking him in a room and confining the complainant there, they caused physical assault and committed acts of sexual violence upon him. Accused persons were threatening to make complainant’s video viral, if the incident is told to anyone. 4. Perusal of the FIR reveals that the medico-legal examination of the complainant was conducted on 16.04.2026. It further transpires that an online intimation was received through CCTNS on the same day to the effect that the complainant/injured, namely Ankit, had sustained RASHMI 2026.07.08 19:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-36119-2026 and CRM-M-33883-2026 4 injuries in a quarrel and was admitted to PGIMS, Rohtak. Pursuant thereto, statement of the injured was recorded, wherein it was found that he had suffered certain injuries. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that allegations levelled in the FIR are a result of a concocted and embellished version of events. It is argued that had the alleged occurrence actually taken place in the manner narrated by the complainant, his companions, namely Ajay and Rajat, who were allegedly present with him during the cultivation/harvesting activities, would have immediately reported the matter to the police on 15.04.2026 itself. It is further submitted that real dispute pertains to the possession of the land in question, and owing to the said dispute, petitioner has been falsely implicated along with the other co-accused. Counsel also points out that none of the injuries attributed to the complainant are grievous or life-threatening in nature. Counsel further submits that co-accused namely, Sikander has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 04.06.2026 passed in CRM-M-32765-2026. Thus, it is prayed that petitioners be granted the concession of anticipatory bail in the present case. 6. Notice of motion. 7. On advance notice, Mr. Pawan Kumar Garg, DAG, Haryana puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent – State, and seeks some time to file status report in the matter. RASHMI 2026.07.08 19:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-36119-2026 and CRM-M-33883-2026 5 Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Davender Nain, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Narnaud, District Hansi in CRM-M-33883-2026, in Court today. Same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place with the paper- book. 8. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the paper book along with the status report. 9. Noticing the fact that the dispute between the parties appears to have arisen primarily on account of possession of the agricultural land in question; that petitioners have alleged false implication owing to the said dispute; that none of the injuries sustained by the complainant are stated to be grievous or life-threatening; and that co-accused, namely Sikander, has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioners have made out a case for the grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, present petitions are allowed. Petitioners are directed to join the investigation within two weeks from today or as and when called by the Investigating Officer concerned. In the event of their arrest, petitioners shall be released on bail, subject to their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer.
