Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case could not be marked due to inadvertence and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not appear on the concerned date. 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer for restoration of the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions and being satisfied with the cause shown, the order dated 26.02.2026 passed in B.A. No. 764 of 2026 dismissing the bail application for non-prosecution is hereby recalled and consequently, B.A. No. 764 of 2026 is restored to its original file. 6.
