Learned counsel for the respondents, however, states that the building penalization scheme, as envisaged in terms of G.O.Ms.No.225 dated 12.11.2025, is not at all applicable in the case of the appellant. 2 3. Be that as it may, without commenting upon the merits of the case, in case any application has been filed by the appellant, the same may be considered on its own merits strictly in accordance with the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.225 dated 12.11.2025 and in case the appellant is not entitled to the grant of any benefit in terms of the said order, appropriate orders be passed accordingly. 4.
