PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 21.07.2026 02. 1. Both the ABLAPLs are taken up for common order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3. Instant petitions under Section 482 BNSS have been filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Tigiria P.S. Case No.73 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.72 of 2018 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Tigiria on the grounds stated therein. p. 2 4. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. The allegation is about a dacoity. The details of the incident are described in the FIR. It is submitted to the Court that the stolen articles were recovered from the co-accused persons. The petitioners had earlier approached this Court revealed from the record itself. In view of the above, recording the objection of the State and in view of the nature of offence alleged against the petitioners and other accused persons, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail plea of the petitioners, however, grants liberty for them to surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail. 5. Accordingly, it is ordered. 6. In the result, ABLAPLs are disposed of. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender within a fortnight from today before the learned J.M.F.C., Tigiria in connection with Tigiria P.S. Case No.73 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.72 of 2018 and move an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered in the first hour and in case of rejection, to approach the learned Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day and for the said purpose, the lower court case record shall be made available at the time of hearing. 7.
