The petitioner further submits that he is entitled to have a Non-Incentive Selection Grade (NISG) benefit. 2. A representation has also been made to the Sub- Divisional Officer, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas, on 27.02.2026. The representation has not yet been considered and is lying unattended. 3. In view thereof, Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the representation by 10.08.2026, by way of a reasoned order, upon hearing the petitioner with adequate prior notice. 4.
