The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026 instituted for the offence under Sections 303(2), 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 317(5), 111(2) & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The prosecution case is that the petitioner, proprietor of ‘Maa Ambe Traders’, allegedly allowed his current account to be used as a mule account for cyber frauds committed in different States, with six cybercrime cases linked to the account. 4. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31384 of 2026(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/3 that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2026. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application. 5. It has been further submitted by the petitioner’s counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned co counsel for the petitioner submits that bank account of the petitioner was allegedly used for the purpose of cyber crime but petitioner is not a beneficiary of a single penny. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged cyber fraud. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and charge sheet being submitted, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 8. Let the petitioner be released on bail, after framing of charge, if not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026,
