No. 3/2026 passed by the 5th respondent herein in respect of admeasuring Ac. 0.18 cents in Sy. No. 56/17 situated in Lankavanipalem (Pindrangi) Village, K. Kotapadu Mandal, Vizianagaram District, in pursuance of the impugned order, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and without jurisdiction and violation of the violative of principles of natural justice, in violation of the rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, besides being contrary to the provisions of the Act 30 of 1987 and consequently set aside the impugned order dt. 12.05.2026 vide proceedings Rc. HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT PETITION No.14683 of 2026 ORDER: When the matter is taken up for hearing, as against the objection of learned counsel for the respondents that there is alternative remedy, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to pursue the alternative remedy while protecting the interest of the petitioner for a reasonable period of time. 2. 2. Considering the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission for withdrawal is accorded. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the alternative remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law. However, there shall be an order of status-quo as on this day with regard to the subject land admeasuring Ac. 0.18 cents in Sy. No.56/17 situated in Lankavanipalem (Pindrangi) Village, K. Kotapadu Mandal, Vizianagaram District, for a limited period of two (2) weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.
