Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Aman Sk. is allowed on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Sahajahan Sk in CRM(NDPS)184 of 2026. Thus, CRM(NDPS)963 of 2026 is allowed.
