Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 11 months and has been implicated for alleged recovery of 610 Gms. of Brown Sugar from his residence.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In view of the commercial quantity of contraband which has been seized, I have taken into account the Chemical Examiner’s Report which do not aid the present petitioner. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 880 of 2026 is dismissed.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are completed.
