Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this C.R.P. Therefore, he prayed to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition as infructuous. 3.The learned counsel for Respondent/Landlord also admits the fact that the possession was already handed over to him. 4. Recording their submissions, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
