The petitioners and the respondent have filed a joint memo, which reads as under: “The petitioners and the respondent above named humbly beg to submit that the petitioners as per the compromise entered in to between them on 12.04.2014 before the Lokadalath and in pursuance of the reference made by the Hon'ble Principal Judge (Family Court) at Kolar in CIL Misc.(FC) No.284/2013, the parties have entered in to a settlement and that the petitioners have agreed to execute a registered Gift Deed in favour of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19188 WP No. 32191 of 2024 respondent herein to an extent of 3 guntas in Sy.No.68/3, new Sy.No.68/7 and another extent of 10 guntas in Sy.No.68/3, new Sy.No.68/8. Now the petitioners have already executed a registered Gift Deed in favour of the respondent on 29.01.2026, which is registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar at Malur as per the directions given by this Hon'ble Court and also by an order dt.16.10.2025 Accordingly, both the parties have settled the matter towards full and final satisfaction of the compromise entered in to between the petitioners and the respondent before the Lokadalath on 12.04.2014. Copy of the Gift Deed dt.29.01.2026is herewith produced for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court”. 3. In view of the above joint memo, nothing survives in this petition.
