Mr.Kosaraju Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are trying to interfere with the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject land. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the subject land is categorized as Government dry patta land. He further submits that the issue relating to the subject land is still under the consideration of the Andhra Pradesh Lokayukta. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted D-form patta. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law.
