No. 7426/2025 in D.V.C. No. 62 of 2021, dated 24.11.2025 on the file of the V Additional Judicial First-Class Magistrate, Kakinada. 2. Heard Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent. 3. As can be seen from the impugned order, there is no adverse observation made against the petitioner in the matter. The learned Trial Judge has clearly observed that the certified copy of the document relating to transfer of the vehicle was already marked and that the witness had already been cross-examined. In fact, there was no necessity to summon the Regional Transport Authority in the said matter. 4. In that view, the criminal petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
