Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police but the respondent police failed to register the same. Hence, the petitioner approached the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, to direct the respondent to register a case against the accused. Pursuant to the direction issued thereon, the respondent police registered a case in crime No.101 of 2025, but final report is yet to be filed. 4.The learned Govt.
