In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order produced at Annexure-A in case No. RRT(S) CR 107/2013-14, in respect of respondent No.28 under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34411 WP No. 19551 of 2026 3. It is not in dispute that under similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.11124/2026, disposed of on 05.06.2026 (Annexure-G), and the impugned order in respect of the other respondents have been quashed. Accordingly, I pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) The jurisdictional Tahsildar and Assistant Director of Land Records are directed to conduct spot inspection on 20.07.2026 at 11.00 a.m., to conduct survey and identify the properties in the presence of the petitioner by issuing prior notice. iii) It is needless to say that, till the Tahsildar and ADLR prepare a report identifying the land which is the subject matter in this writ petition, the respondents shall not proceed with the construction or any other activities accordingly. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34411 WP No. 19551 of 2026 4.
