2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite Tahasildar the complying with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.23932/2024 dated 29.01.2025 and passing an
order on 09.09.2025 accepting the fact that the lands were indeed granted in favour of Sri Sharabharadhya S/o Rudrappa by the Special Deputy Commissioner for Abolition of Inams, Bengaluru, in Case No.32/1958-1959 and an endorsement was indeed issued by the Special Tahasildar, Bengaluru, on 15.09.2009 at Annexure-L seeking necessary directions and permissions to enter the name of Sharabharadhaya S/o

Rudrappa in the revenue records and in the computerized RTC, no action has been taken by the Deputy Commissioner till date.

Consequently, writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Urban District, to issue necessary directions to enable the Tahasildar to make the entries in the revenue records in terms of the order passed by the Tahasildar at Annexure-K, dated 09.09.2025, in proceedings bearing No.L&D/JALA/CR/08/2025-26, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
