The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the interim order dated 29.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.13033/2026 (GM-TEN). By the said order, the learned Single Judge had stayed an allotment order dated 10.04.2026, which was impugned in the said petition. 2. It is relevant to note that, in terms of the allotment order dated 10.04.2026, the subject property (Shop No.6A located in Lalbagh Commercial Complex) was allotted to accused No.3 (Smt. Babitha Rohinath, M/s. Premier Security Services). The order also indicates that accused No.3 was a tenant in the subject property and had been allotted the subject property in her favour, as she had reserved the "Right of First Refusal". 3. The complainant submits that despite the said order staying the allotment, accused No.3 continues to remain in possession of the subject property. 4. We are unable to accept the contention that the continued possession of subject property by accused No.3 constitutes willful - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35016-DB CCC No. 735 of 2026 disobedience of the interim order passed by the Court.
