It transpires from the record that during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main Writ Petition No.27700 of 2008 itself has been closed, vide Order dated 19.11.2014, which is on record. The Final Order passed by the erstwhile High Court dated 19.11.2014 is taken on record. 3. Having taken note of the same, this Court is of the view that this Contempt Case has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.
