The petitioners, though the medium of present petition, have sought a direction upon the respondents, particularly respondent No. 2, to issue in their favour Form III/Order of Change of Land Use. 2. As per case of the petitioners, they have applied for change of land use in respect of the land measuring 1 Kanals 12 Marlas falling under Khasra No. 177 min situated at Village Madoon, Tehsil Rajpura, District Samba, under section 133-A of the J&K Land Revenue Act and they have also completed all the requisite formalities, but respondent No. 2 has not issued the requisite certificate in favour of the petitioners, as a result of which, it is adversely affecting the interests of the petitioners, who intend to transfer the said land to M/s Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Ms. Nisha Kangotra, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondents. Serial No. 102 2 WP(C) No. 2736/2026 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall feel satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents, particularly respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioners for change of land use in accordance with law, within some specified time. 6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents, particularly respondent No. 2 to consider the case of the petitioners for change of land use in accordance with law, most expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.
