This is an o5ce reference. 2. This Court, vide order dated 07.11.2023 passed in MCRC No. 6730 of 2023, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Rakesh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi8ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on three occasions also this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 07.11.2023. 4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District- Raipur (C.G.) vide her request letter dated 26.02.2026 has requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that the case is 8xed for prosecution evidence. There are total 52 prosecution witnesses cited by the prosecution and the recording of their evidence is under progress. Therefore, in view of the large number of prosecution witnesses and the stage of trial, it is prayed that the present request be kindly allowed and an additional period of 06 months be granted for disposal of the case. 6. The request made by the learned trial Court, is allowed, however, instead of granting six months, this Court deems it appropriate to grant further 04 months time for concluding the trial from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o6 with the aforesaid direction. 8.
