JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This matter was listed before this Court on 19.06.2026 wherein this Court made it clear that as the matter was called twice, there was no representation of revision petitioner in the morning session and also in the afternoon session. However,in the ends of justice, one more opportunity was given to the revision petitioner to pursue the matter and also to make submission whether the conditional order of this Court is complete or not. It is also made clear that if the counsel fails to appear on the next date of hearing and fails to pursue the matter, the petition will be dismissed. In spite of this, revision petitioner remained absent today also and not pursued the matter.
