The Court made the following ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa district, to dispose of OS No.13 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 2. The respondent herein/plaintiff filed OS No.13 of 2024 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa district against the petitioner herein/defendant for the following reliefs. SRK, J CRP No.26 of 2026 2 (a) for partition of suit schedule item Nos.1 to 3 into two shares with ratio of 45% to the plaintiff and 55% to the defendant as per Registered Will dated 03.09.2011, (b) for partition of suit schedule item Nos.4 and 5 into two equal shares between plaintiff and defendant as per Registered Will dated 18.03.2019 and (c) to direct the defendant to pay Rs.9,00,000/- to the plaintiff towards means from the suit property at Rs.25,000/- per month. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant submits that the petitioner/defendant filed his written statement in the said suit agreeing for (a) and (b) reliefs claimed by the respondent/plaintiff and the petitioner/defendant is only disputing the relief under (c) i.e., means/income generated out of the said properties, hence the suit can be disposed of easily without any elaborate trial. He further submits that the petitioner is a Senior Citizen, aged about 62 years and, due to pendency of the suit, he is unable to solemnize the marriages of his daughters or meet their marriage expenses. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said OS pending therein. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the learned II Additional District Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa district, is directed to dispose of OS No.13 of 2024, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. SRK, J CRP No.26 of 2026 3
5.
With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ K. SREENIVASA REDDY, J. Date:23.01.2026 Nsr
