N ASWARTHA NARAYANA Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. GP FOR ASSIGNMENT 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2. Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 3 to 7 have been attempting to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law. 3. Mr.T.Sanjeev Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that there is no record of evidence in respect of the subject land in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner also has not submitted any representation to the respondent No.4 for sanction of possession certificate, so far. It is further submitted that if any eligible person applies for house site patta or possession certificate through online, after verification of the eligibility, appropriate certificate would be issued. The petitioner has not applied for any house site patta through online also. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property since long time and he requests for grant of patta. 5. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are not supposed to make any attempt to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law. 4 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. ________________________ Dr. Y.
