On asking of the Court, Mr. Subhash Ahuja, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent-University and Ms. Arundhati Kulshreshtha, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent- State and contends that they have no objection if the present petition is disposed of in terms of order passed in LPA-3102-2025. 5.
