At the very outset, learned State counsel would submit that the order which is under challenge dated 08/08/2025 in the present writ petition has been withdrawn by the respondent authorities by order dated 15/07/2026, hence the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the State counsel. 4.
