This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to demolish the Pyau (water booth/free water kiosk) on the property of the petitioner from the hands of respondent Nos.5 and 6. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents-State has pointed out that in the present case, the Department has already taken action against respondent Nos.5 and 6 and illegal construction raised by respondent Nos.5 and 6 and other persons has already been demolished and FIR No.1462 dated 22.03.2024 under Sections 7(i), 7(ii) and 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 has also been registered. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. 4. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
