02/ 18.09.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.C. Case No.8950/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 30(A)/30(C)/41 of the Indian Forest Act, Rules 7, 9 of the Jharkhand Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, and Section 378/379/411 of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made of excavation of coal. She further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. She next submits that the persons, against whom allegations are there of excavation of coal, have already deposited the amount of fine in the Court. She also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 25 of this application and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4773 of 2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on

confessional statement and it has been pointed out that the persons, who were excavating the coal, have already deposited the fine amount and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 25 of this application and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4773 of 2026 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with C.C. Case No.8950/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Dt.18.09.2026
