After going through the order sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that 2nd July, 2026 was fixed for further cross-examination of the PW-1. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the next date is fixed for further cross- examination of the PW-1 on 16th September, 2026. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite parties forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court, Barasat, to make an endeavour to dispose of the Mat. Suit No. 1810 of 2018 as expeditiously as 2 possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided the husband petitioner is not in default in complying with any subsisting order for alimony or maintenance pendent lite.
