This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of respondent no.6-Tahsildar, vide Rc/289/2020/A, dated 23.07.2022 whereby the petitioners were directed to surrender the white ration card, on the ground that the said orders were passed without conducting enquiry and without giving the petitioners an opportunity to defend. 2. This Court vide orders dated 13.12.2022, having prima facie found that the impugned proceedings were issued in clear violation of principles of natural justice, suspended them until further orders, directing the respondents to continue supply of the essential commodities to the petitioners. 3. The impugned notice nowhere states that an enquiry was conducted to find out whether the petitioners are eligible to hold white ration card and therefore, the impugned proceedings were issued without conducting any enquiry. Thus, there is a clear violation of principles of natural justice. 4.
Sri V.Srinivasula Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri Vineeth Appasani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, submitted that the subject issue is squarely covered by the orders dated 11.11.2025 passed by a coordinate bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.28516 of 2022 and prayed to dispose of this writ petition by passing the similar orders. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, since there is a clear violation of principles of natural justice while passing the impugned proceedings, this writ petition is disposed of for the similar reasons and conclusions arrived in Writ Petition No.28516 of 2022. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, setting aside the impugned proceedings of respondent no.6-Tahsildar, vide Rc/289/2020/A,
