The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction/order commanding the respondents to continue the Petitioner in the project like others. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court further be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction/order commanding the respondents to absorb the petitioner in other Govt. project/sector. 10.3 The respondent authorities may be direçted to release salary of the petitioner for Nov. 2020 till the date with bank rate interests. 10.4 Any other relief(s), which may deems fit, looking to the facts & circumstances of the case may be given to the Petitioners.” 2. It is pleaded that the petitioner was appointed as WDT (member) under the respondents vide order dated 28.7.2011 on contractual basis for a period of one year. The contractual appointment of the petitioner continued till 31.10.2020 and thereafter, his services were discontinued. The petitioner submitted representations before the respondent authorities seeking reinstatement, however, no decision has been taken thereon. It is also pleaded that the 3 petitioner has not been paid salary for the month of November, 2020 till filing of the writ petition i.e. 6.10.2021. 3. Learned counsel for the State would contend that the services of the petitioner were discontinued with effect from 31.10.2020, therefore, he is not entitled to arrears of salary for any period thereafter. It is further contended that the petitioner has not placed on record the order of termination of his services. He would submit that the petition deserved to be dismissed. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty to make a detailed representation before respondent No.3 and in turn, the said authority is directed to consider and decide it expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 6.
