The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 02/09/2024 (Annexure C/1) passed by this Court in WPS No.2576/2015. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnor submits that, in compliance with the order passed by this Court, 50% of the amount directed to be paid has already been released to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.
